By enrolling in online coaching, you agree to the following:

1. Onboarding Requirements

All onboarding questionnaires must be fully completed before your tailored workout plan is created and made available. Delays in completion will result in delays to your programme delivery.

2. Monthly Check-In

Clients are required to book and complete their monthly check-in within the allocated 7-day window.

  • The 7-day window begins from the date the check-in becomes due.

  • If the check-in is not booked and completed within this timeframe, it will be forfeited and cannot be rescheduled.

3. Client Responsibility

It is the client’s responsibility to:

  • Complete all forms accurately and promptly

  • Book appointments within the required timeframes

  • Maintain communication regarding availability and progress

Failure to meet these responsibilities may impact the quality and timing of your coaching service.
