Thanks for your interest in face to face personal training with me!

Sessions can be bought in 3 main packages.

A monthly subscription model with 1 or 2 face to face sessions a week including all workout plans and support, or a block booking model and sessions can be used as and when required.

Pay as you go sessions are available depending on Availability.

(block bookings must include 1 session per week minimum - see t&c’s for details)

Face to face sessions take place at WF2 9BL, please bare this in mind when booking.

Personal Training - 2 hour sessions per week
£300.00 every month

2 hour sessions per week

Full workout program with adjustments as and when required, can include basic nutrition guidance.

Paid monthly in advance.

Personal Training - 1 hour session per week
£150.00 every month

1 hour session per week

Full workout program with adjustments as and when required, can include basic nutrition guidance.

Paid monthly in advance.

10 session block booking - Personal Training
£400.00

10 hours of personal training block booking

1 hours worth must be used per week minimum (can be taken in multiples of 30 minutes)
