These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the provision of personal training and online coaching services by Catchy Coaching. By engaging in services, you agree to these Terms.

Catchy Coaching provides:

Face-to-face personal training sessions
Online coaching services
Workout programming and guidance
Nutrition guidance (non-medical)
Ongoing client support and communication

Services will be delivered with reasonable care and skill.

2. Client Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

Provide accurate and complete health information
Inform us of any injuries, medical conditions, or changes to health
Follow guidance safely and within your own limits
Consult a GP where appropriate before starting a fitness programme

You acknowledge that participation in physical activity carries inherent risk.

3. Health Disclaimer

Catchy Coaching is not a medical provider.
Advice provided does not replace medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If you have any concerns, you should consult a qualified healthcare professional.

4. Bookings and Payments

All sessions and packages must be paid for in advance
Payments may be made via agreed payment methods
Block bookings must be used within an agreed timeframe

Failure to make payment may result in suspension of services.

5. Cancellation Policy

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session
Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be forfeited
Catchy Coaching reserves the right to reschedule sessions where necessary

6. Refunds

Payments for block bookings and online coaching are non-refundable, except where required by law
In exceptional circumstances, refunds may be considered at our discretion

Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected.

7. Online Coaching Terms

Online coaching services are delivered remotely
Results depend on your adherence to the programme
Communication frequency depends on the package selected

Catchy Coaching is not responsible for lack of results due to non-compliance.

8. Intellectual Property

All training programmes, materials, and content provided remain the property of Catchy Coaching.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or share these materials without permission.

9. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Catchy Coaching is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage resulting from participation in training, except where caused by negligence
You participate in all activities at your own risk

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or any other liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.

10. Data Protection

Your personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR).

11. Termination

Catchy Coaching reserves the right to terminate services if:

Terms are breached
Behaviour is inappropriate or unsafe
Payment obligations are not met

Clients may also terminate services at any time, subject to the cancellation and refund terms above.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of any updates.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
